Every loaf is shaped by hand, leavened wild, and baked with more care than you'd expect from someone who also offers a very specific special-request item.
Not everything baked here is conventional. This section is for those orders. You know who you are.

Place a Special OrderThe Wild Nunn Bakery started exactly how the best things do — not from a business plan, but from a genuine obsession. Weekend baking turned into neighbors asking for loaves. Loaves turned into a licensed cottage bakery right here in Indiana.
Everything is made by hand, in small batches, with real ingredients and real fermentation time. No shortcuts. No preservatives. No sleeping in on Sunday — because we don't rest on Sunday.
We operate under Indiana's Cottage Food guidelines, which means our food comes from an actual home kitchen, made by an actual person who genuinely cares. Pickup is Sunday noon to 2pm. Orders close Thursday at 8pm. Don't miss the window.
Our menu is alive and we're always down to experiment. Got a wild idea, a flavor obsession, or a deeply specific vision for what sourdough could be? Tell us. The worst we can say is "not yet." The best we can say is "pick up Sunday."

We deliver within 10 miles of Charlestown, IN — Indiana addresses only (cottage food law). Flat rate of $6.
Pickup or local delivery only. We do not ship any baked goods.
Indiana only — delivery & pickup. Under Indiana's Home-Based Vendor (HBV) guidelines, cottage food products cannot be transported across state lines. Delivery is available within 10 miles of Charlestown, IN for a flat $6 fee. If you're coming from Kentucky — welcome, we love you, you're absolutely invited to cross the border and pick up in Indiana. We just can't come to you.
